Malibu was commissioned to establish Mifal haPais's nationwide project- Tapuchei Pais - and during the years 2000-2003 began, simultaneously, to build 20 Tapuchei Pais Community Centers around the country, each equipped for after-school, sports and cultural activities. The Company also built Israel's largest convention and exhibition center at the Tel Aviv Dan Panorama Hotel and such well-known public facilities as the Juliana Retirement Home for Dutch immigrants in Herzliya and the Modi'in Elementary School.
Malibu designed, developed, built and continues to operate the Ahuzat Bayit Retirement Home in Ra'anana, which includes 300 units, two 36-bed infirmaries and generous public recreation areas. Malibu also built Tzalmon, a 480-cell modern prison facility in the upper Galilee - another example of very solid construction.
