Office & High Tech Buildings
Malibu is expert in constructing high-tech buildings that combine functional office space with specialized manufacturing facilities, in addition to building office buildings throughout Israel.

In 2002, Malibu completed the construction of Motorola's head offices in Israel. In 2003, the Company concluded the establishment of the El-Op complex, for the manufacture of electro-optic equipment, in the hi-tech park located between Nes Tziona and Rehovot. Additionally, in 2002, the Company completed construction of the new offices for the computer chip manufacturers Tower Semiconductor, located in Migdal haEmek. Malibu also built the Intel Building in Kiryat Gat, including Intel's highly specialized Control Utility Building and Energy Center.

The Museum Tower, whose construction began in 2001, is conceived as the most luxurious office building in Israel and a landmark at its location adjacent to the Tel Aviv Courthouse. Malibu also built the 20-story IsraCard Building and the 23-story Nip Building in Tel Aviv.
In 2001, Malibu began work on the Atidim Tower office building - 35 stories about ground plus five underground parking levels - in North Tel Aviv's Park Atidim area.
Malibu employs the most modern equipment, including climbing formwork, cranes and other up-to-date techniques that save time and money while improving building quality.
