As a holding company, Malibu retains sole ownership of the Ahuzat Bayit Retirement Home and the nearby Park Mall in Ra'anana, a combined project which it initiated, developed, built and continues to operate.


Ahuzat Bayit Retirement Home
Ahuzat Bayit Retirement Home includes 300 residential suites, two 36-bed infirmaries, gardens and fully equipped sports, recreation and social areas. The Home, which comfortably serves more than 450 elderly, includes a nursing wing offering high-quality care in semi-private rooms and a treatment wing specializing in Alzheimer's and memory-loss conditions. The Home will soon be expanded with additional tower of luxury residential wing containing 70 units.


Park Mall
Due to its prime location at a key junction between Ra'anana and Herzliya, Park Mall has become a center of activities for area inhabitants. A strip mall with an area of 4,200 square meters plus parking, it offers shopping, entertainment and recreational activities.


Park in Wolfson Shopping Center
In 2003, the Company plans the launch of a shopping center, established by Malibu at the entrance to the Wolfson Hospital in Holon, as a BOT project. The center's high quality design and the fine caliber of the various store owners promise to secure Park in Wolfson as one of Malibu's greatest successes.

Lev haIr Mall in Ramla
A joint venture between Malibu and C.P.M. has resulted in the construction of the Lev haIr Mall in Ramla. This strip mall includes 10,000 square meters for commercial use and approximately 4,000 square meters of office space. Neighboring the Lev haIr Mall will be a modern country club, including an indoor semi-Olympic swimming pool and fitness facilities. The site will also feature a residential neighborhood with 304 residential units, also constructed by Malibu and c.p.m. The Lev haIr Mall will be open to the public from the end of 2004.
