Housing projects
As both a land developer and contractor, Malibu designs, builds and markets complete neighborhoods, including all construction and infrastructure for apartments and private homes, access roads, public areas, schools and commercial areas.

All together Malibu has built over 10,000 residential units in Israel and abroad and more then 30 complete neighborhoods.
Among the latest Company's projects:
  • In Modi'in, two neighborhoods completed (Psagot Modi'in and Psagot Malibu) and two more begun in 2000, for a total of more than 1,000 units.
  • In Netanya, 500 units in multi-story buildings overlooking the Mediterranean Sea (Wingate Towers).
  • Three projects in Nes Ziona: Givat haTsabar, 120 units, completed; Shmurat Malibu, 437 units, well underway in 2001; and Givat Toscana, 304 units, construction begun in 2001.
  • In Givat Shmuel, as contractor only, 200 apartments, along with 240 more in Modi'in Illit.
  • Also as contractor, the 176-unit Blue Lagoon Housing Complex and 166 luxury apartments in the Marina Towers both located at the Herzilya Marina.
  • More than 300 luxury apartments in the Mashtela project in Tel Aviv's exclusive Zahala neigborhood, half as contractor and half in partnership with two other development firms.
  • Two residential projects in Rishon Le'Zion and neighborhoods in Carmiel, Zafad and Kiryat Gat.
  • In addition, a large project in Hadera, consisting of 2,500 units built along the perimeters of a 75-acre park, reached the most advanced stage of Malibu's planning and design process in 2001.
For residential construction, Malibu employs modular formwork, which suits virtually any wall configuration and allows fast, cost-effective and high-quality construction even in very large projects.
