Malibu-built commercial properties include the Em haMoshavot Mall in Petach Tikva, the Leiman Shlissel Import Company's logistics center in Yavne, the Park Mall in Ra'anana, and the Al Ayalon Center in Rishon Le'Zion, which consists of office, commercial and industrial facilities.

The Company is also completing three projects in the new Marina complex on the Herzliya waterfront. The commercial complex, including four levels of underground parking and a deluxe, 25,000 square meters high-tech entertainment and shopping center, is set on land reclaimed from the sea - an engineering challenge that Malibu, as contractor, met by using the most advanced technologies and without exceeding budget or time-frame.
